The Power to Prevail

By Mildred Garner

There are many religions in the world, but Christianity is not a religion, or the true Christianity as Christ founded is not a religion. Many forms of religion have sprung up from man's interpretation of the words Yasha spoke. Christianity is a higher realm of life, or a higher Life-principle. Yasha is the only man that came forth from the tomb to establish the truth concerning the principles of Life. The true followers of Christ are those who follow Life-principles and believe in them.

Yasha is Yahweh's word expressed, or materialized. Yahweh created everything by his Word (Yasha), John 1:1-5. The Word of Yahweh is also the Savior of the world. The Word, the Spirit, and the Truth are one. Spirit and Truth are positive principles. But, saying that Yasha is the creative Word expressed, or the manifested Word, will not raise us out of the death realm unless we believe and receive it.

Truth Verses Ignorance

Yasha was Yahweh, or Spirit (John 4:21), clothed in flesh to reveal and demonstrate the power of Life that is in the principles of Truth. Truth is the only power there is against ignorance. Nothing but truth has the power to destroy ignorance.

If we want to destroy ignorance we must begin to seek for truth. It is not only shameful to stay ignorant, but it is also fatal. We should never take our ignorance lightly, nor be indifferent about the spiritual things we do not know or understand. We cannot embrace truth if our minds are bound in ignorance. The truth will destroy the power of ignorance and is absolutely the only remedy.

Yasha said, “Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free,” John 8:32.

Many people do not know they are bound. The believing Jews in the eighth chapter of John did not know they were slaves; they thought they were free, but they were slaves to their ignorance. Truth (knowledge) controls our decisions and actions, that is, if we have truth. In the absence of truth, ignorance controls our decisions and actions. If we have truth, we move in the freedom of it. If we do not have the truth, we are bound (limited) by ignorance.

Righteousness Verses Evil

Righteousness is the only power against evil; there is nothing else that can destroy it. If a person is evil, he will continue to be until he accepts righteousness. Punishment cannot destroy evil; if a man is evil he will continue to be until his evil is swallowed up into righteousness. Good has power over evil, it can and will destroy it.

Light is the only power there is over darkness. Where there is no light, dark- ness prevails. If darkness is to be destroyed, there must be light, for light must be used to destroy darkness.

Life Verses Death

Life is the only force against death, nothing else can destroy death. Carnality is death, but Life can destroy death. As long as death has one victim, it is exercising power over some realm of Life. Death will be swallowed up in victory (1 Cor. 15:54), and Life shall reign. But as long as Life is absent, death reigns.

Man was unaware of the principle of Life. He could not benefit from the Spirit if he was not aware of its existence.

Yasha came as the living Word. The Bible is written to give us knowledge concerning the power that exists in the principle Yasha taught. Yasha was Yahweh's essence, attribute, or image expressed. He is the power of Life in action. In Him is light, truth, righteousness, and Life. He is the destruction of evil, death, ignorance, and darkness. We cannot separate these; they are one, just as Yahweh is light, truth, righteousness, and Life, and is one. The Bible is not the light, Life, or the principle, it is an arrangement of words and phrases that have been preserved and handed down to teach us about the principle of Life.

We do not benefit by those words until we accept the Spirit of the Word. The Bible is a book, Yasha is a living force. The Bible tells us about the living force, it does not, nor was it written, to take the place of the living force. It is the revelation, or revealing, of the Life-force and is given to help prepare our minds to accept the Spirit of Life. But hearing about and receiving the Life-force are two different things.

Many people read the Bible and understand it as the life stories of Yasha and other good men. They see it as laws and commandments that are supposed to cause Yahweh to like us. They do not know Yahweh is Spirit and we are His temples, or houses, created for the Spirit to inhabit and manifest Himself through. Many of these people worship their Bible, but reject the Spirit that wrote it. To them Yahweh is a man. They see Him as a man who thinks, feels, and acts like other men. They ignore all the scriptures that say Yahweh is Spirit. They do not know or understand what Spirit is, so to tell them that Yahweh is Spirit is to say He is nothing. If they allow the idea to enter their mind, they would be lost; for Yahweh, to them, would not exist. They do not understand anything beyond the natural realm; therefore, if they do not have a natural flesh and blood God, they have no God. When these people say they believe in Yahweh, they are saying they believe there is a supernatural man living on another planet. He is very rich and has many material gifts in planet Heaven to give to those who manage to win his favor.

Life, Truth, and Righteousness

If someone says they believe in Yahweh, but rejects truth and righteousness, this person has not found the Life-force; for the Life-force is truth and righteousness— these three are one.

There is a gift realm Yahweh placed in the Church, and without it the church would have ceased to exist. These gifts operate through the unmerited favor of Yahweh. They do not operate because of man's righteousness; rather they operate because of and in spite of, man's unrighteousness.

Yahweh manifests himself in many ways to many different people, even to unbelievers and sinners through the gift realm, just as he did when Yasha was here on earth in a flesh body. At the time Yasha was here, he used the twelve disciples, which included Judas Iscariot, a betrayer.

The manifestation of the power of Yahweh in an individual's life does not mean Yahweh puts His stamp of approval on their works, nor does it mean they have touched the Life-force.

We may believe Yahweh for healings, for Yahweh will respond to faith. Yahweh heals, provides, delivers from habits, etc., and the Church is edified by these gifts. These blessings come from the source of Life and goodness, but we may receive Yahweh's material resources and still not be willing to accept His principle. In this flesh realm, man is blessed and impressed by Yahweh's goodness as it is manifest in gifts and favors. Yahweh uses these good gifts to attract our attention; however, many people receive Yahweh's blessings for years without seeking for truth, righteousness, and light.

Sometimes people will return some of the money Yahweh gives them, and they feel very righteous for their giving. Some people give to Yahweh while they steadfastly resist his Spirit. If we give ourselves to Him in spirit, we will give our material things also. If we reject Yahweh’s Spirit, he will reject our gifts because he really doesn’t receive gifts, he receives our spirit.

Paul said, “Though I give my body to be burned and have not love (Yahweh) it profit me nothing.” The law of giving will cause you to increase in goods if you believe in it and use it. This does not mean that you have tapped into the Life-force; material goods do not produce life.

The only way to Life is to make contact with the Life-force. We will do this by believing and accepting it, or we will not receive it. But remember, the Life-force, righteousness, love, and truth are all one— you do not get one without the other. Every degree of rejected truth becomes a veil of death to us. Death prevents the Life-force from becoming effective in our bodies.

We are the vessels that Yahweh has chosen to materialize himself in. Yahweh is Spirit, word, and truth— we can not divide Yahweh, neither can we believe and disbelieve at the same time.
