If He is the One

If the Spirit bears witness that He's the Messiah,

If we have received Him as Savior and King,

Let us humble ourselves and bow down before Him,

And lift up our voices and praise His dear name.

If He is the one that carries our sorrows,

If He is the one that has borne our shame,

Let us cast our burden on the altar before Him,

And lift up our voices and praise His dear name.

If He's given us power to become Yah's own Children,

If He is sharing with us His glory and fame,

Let us be swift to follow His footprints,

And lift up our voices and praise His dear name.

If He has given us power over death's evil forces,

If He entered death's portals and then rose again,

Let us bear witness on earth of His glory,

And lift up our voices and praise His dear name.
