He Cast His Crown and Robe Aside
When Adam sinned, He fell from grace,
And took with him the human race.
This is the reason Yasha died,
And by His grace I’m sanctified.
Christ gave His life upon the cross;
He saw the need and counted cost.
He cast His crown and robe aside,
And by His grace I’m sanctified.
I sit with Christ upon His throne,
He called to me, you are my own.
In Him my debt is satisfied,
And by His grace I’m sanctified.
I have no merit, full price was paid
When the sacrifice was made.
I cast aside all earthly pride,
And by His grace I’m sanctified.
