My Pledge

Oh Son of God, I pledge to Thee

My love, my strength, my loyalty;

Help me to grow in word and faith,

And in Your Kingdom, find my place.

Sovereign King, and Lord of all,

Help me to hear and heed your call.

Help me to sacrifice my will,

That I, your purpose may fulfill.

Try me, then help me pass the test,

That I, your word may manifest.

Help me to never be deceived,

But every word you spoke, believe.

Lord, give me an ear to hear,

And eyes that reads your message clear;

A will and strength to do my best,

And faith to trust you with the rest.

Grant me sincerity in all I do,

A heart and mind that’s stayed on you.
