The Mystery of Yah’s Attributes
I knocked on Wisdom’s door to learn the secret of God’s love.
I was told I must be content in knowing it extends itself
beyond finite man’s ability to
comprehend.
I called on Prudence,
to know the measure of God’s supreme wisdom.
She answered in the essence of meekness: "Man can
not attain unto that glory with his finite perception.
Wisdom is only obtained as love unfolds
and expands herself to the fullness
of her height, width and the
depths of her
breadth."
I called on Virtue to
learn the secret of Yah’s redeeming
power. She answered with the voice of authority:
"This secret can be understood by none
other than those who have
experienced it, and followed
on to partake in the
suffering of
Christ."
I called on Mercy to learn
the extent and measure of Yah’s marvelous
grace. She whispered to me in a language that
was hard to be understood: "This mystery
is not revealed, except in the life
of the souls that have
truly experienced its
transforming
powers."
