Spring is just around the corner

When the hills will come alive.

The birds will be returning,

And the bees will leave their hive.

We will hear the birds chirping,

As they start their family,

Gathering straw and feathers,

For their nest up in our tree.

Daffodils in varied colors,

Shall spring up to our delight.

Dazzling pear and apple blossoms

Will become a welcomed sight.

Heaps of snow and winter weather

Seems to have their own domain,

But they’ll have to yield to springtime

When it’s green-up time again.
