The Wonder of Miracles

A few years back, Yahweh revealed his mercy and power of protection in a single moment. I was driving down Oklahoma 59, going south. The pavement was newly covered and did not have a centerline for instruction as to when it was safe to pass. I was in a much greater hurry than the man on the tractor in front of me. I looked past him and did not see any oncoming traffic, so I proceeded to pass. As I was even with the tractor, a car popped out of a dip in the highway. Fear gripped me, and I knew there was not enough time to slow down and get back behind the tractor. I also realized it was too late to speed up and pass the tractor. I was heading straight into the oncoming car with no way to avoid it.
For some reason, going off the highway did not enter my mind but calling out to Yahweh did. I got a firm grip on the steering wheel, closed my eyes, and said, "Oh God." I knew there would not be any more time for conversation with my Creator, and I thought I was getting ready to meet him on the other side. However Yahweh had other plans for me.
Realizing I had not crashed and should have, I opened my eyes to find myself in front of the tractor in my own lane. I looked back for the car I had possibly ran off the road, but it had not. It was as though I had never pulled into the wrong lane. Everyone seemed to be completely unaware of the miracle and the method my Guardian Angel had used to save me and the others that would have been involved.
I am sure Yahweh saved my life for a purpose, and I am thankful to him for his protection, not only then, but many times in my life. He is worthy to be praised, loved, and received.
